How does the ordering process work?

Simply choose your design, personalize your details, and place your order. You’ll receive a digital proof from the designers at Northern Ohio Printing to review before anything is printed. Once approved, we move into production and handle the rest.

Will i receive a proof before my order is printed?

Yes. Every order includes a digital proof for your review and approval. We do not print until you’ve confirmed everything is correct.

How long does production and shipping take?

After proof approval, most orders are produced within 5–7 business days. Shipping times vary based on location and selected delivery method. Rush options may be available upon request.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

Yes. The minimum order quantity for most products is 50 pieces. If you are looking for a smaller quantity, please reach out via the Custom Design form.

Can I make changes after i place my order?

You may make changes during the proofing stage. Once your proof is approved and sent to print, changes can no longer be made.

Can I customize fonts, colors, and wording?

Our designs are printed exactly as shown on the product page to ensure consistency and quality. If you are looking for changes to fonts, colors, layout, or overall styling, we recommend submitting a request through our Custom Design form, and our team will be happy to create something tailored to your vision.

Do you offer fully custom design services?

Yes! As a subsidiary of Northern Ohio Printing, we have a team of talented designers that will work with you to a create one of a kind stationery suite.

Can you match my wedding colors or theme?

Many of our designs offer foil color options directly on the product page. By selecting from the available foil choices, you can coordinate your stationery with your wedding colors. If you’re looking for more extensive color changes, please submit a request through our Custom Design form for a fully tailored option.

Do you offer specialty finishes like foil or embossing?

Yes. We offer specialty finishes including foil stamping, soft-touch lamination, and other premium enhancements to elevate your stationery.

What paper options do you offer?

We offer a curated selection of premium paper stocks including gloss, matte, and luxury specialty finishes. Specific options may vary by design.

Can I order samples before committing?

Yes. Sample requests are available so you can see and feel the quality of our materials before placing a full order. Click here to request samples.

Are envelopes included with my order?
